About King's Kids
King's Kids is an exciting and engaging children's ministry at St Mark’s United Methodist Church. As part of the vibrant community at Victory Christian Church, we are dedicated to nurturing the spiritual growth of children and instilling strong Christian values in their lives.
Our Mission
Our mission is to provide a loving and supportive environment where children can grow in their faith, build lifelong friendships, and develop a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. Through interactive and age-appropriate programs, we aim to empower children to become faithful disciples and compassionate servants of God.
Programs and Activities
Sunday School
Our Sunday School classes are designed to cater to children of all ages, from preschool to teenagers. We believe that the foundation of a strong faith begins in childhood, and our dedicated teachers create an interactive and inclusive learning environment. Through engaging lessons, interactive discussions, and creative activities, children have the opportunity to explore the teachings of the Bible and understand how they relate to their own lives.
Vacation Bible School
Every summer, we organize a vibrant and fun-filled Vacation Bible School (VBS) program. The VBS is open to children in the community, providing an exciting opportunity for them to learn about the Bible, engage in creative activities, participate in music and arts, and build lasting friendships. With a new theme and curriculum each year, our VBS program offers something new and exciting for children to experience.
Children's Choir
Our Children's Choir offers an empowering platform for children to showcase their musical talents. Through weekly rehearsals, children not only learn to sing and perform, but also develop their confidence, teamwork, and leadership skills. The Children's Choir performs regularly during church services and special events, enriching the worship experience for the entire congregation.
Family Events and Retreats
We believe in the importance of creating opportunities for families to come together, share their faith, and foster meaningful connections. Throughout the year, we organize various family events and retreats that cater to different age groups. These events include picnics, movie nights, game days, and retreats focused on strengthening family bonds and deepening spiritual connections in a welcoming and joyous atmosphere.
