Welcome to the Student Ministry at St Mark’s United Methodist Church

We are thrilled to have you here, visiting the Student Ministry page of St Mark’s United Methodist Church. Our church community is dedicated to providing a nurturing and supportive environment for students from all walks of life. As part of our commitment to their spiritual growth and development, we have created a vibrant and engaging Student Ministry program.

Connecting with Students

At St Mark’s United Methodist Church, we understand the importance of connecting with students on their spiritual journey. Our Student Ministry offers a range of activities, events, and resources designed to cultivate an authentic and thriving faith in young hearts. We believe that every student matters and deserves a space where they can explore, learn, and grow in their relationship with God and others.

Engaging Activities

Our Student Ministry organizes a wide array of engaging activities throughout the year. From weekly gatherings and small group discussions to retreats, service projects, and mission trips, there is always something happening for our students. These experiences are crafted to provide opportunities for personal growth, meaningful connections, and the deepening of their faith.

Passionate Mentors

Our team of passionate mentors is committed to walking alongside students during their time in our Student Ministry. These mentors are dedicated individuals who have a heart for guiding young people in their spiritual journeys. They offer wisdom, support, and encouragement to help students navigate life's joys and challenges through the lens of faith.

Values and Beliefs

Rooted in our faith and beliefs, the Student Ministry at St Mark’s United Methodist Church follows a set of core values that shape the programming and interactions with students.

Community

We believe in fostering a strong sense of community within the Student Ministry. This means creating an inclusive and welcoming environment where students can build friendships, find support, and experience a sense of belonging. Our community is built on love, acceptance, and respect for one another.

Growth

Growth is one of the key aspects of our Student Ministry. We encourage students to grow in their relationship with God, in their understanding of the Bible, and in their character development. Through intentional teaching, mentorship, and relevant discussions, we strive to help students mature in their faith.

Service

We believe that serving others is an essential part of living out our faith. Our Student Ministry places a strong emphasis on service projects and missions, both locally and globally. We challenge our students to actively engage with the needs of the world around them and make a positive impact through acts of compassion and loving service.

Getting Involved

If you or your child is interested in becoming a part of our vibrant Student Ministry, we welcome you with open arms. Join us for one of our gatherings, reach out to our mentors, or check our calendar for upcoming events and activities. Be prepared to embark on a journey of faith, friendship, and personal growth.
